The hotel has nice and stunning location just next door to restaurant and the mountains. Everything was perfect, yet a few employees were unkind.

We stayed in this property for 1 night and loved our choice. The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying an absolutely fabulous area, short walk to restaurant, beautiful area, and the mountains. Extremely spacious units with a great shower and a balcony. The staff were amicable.

I loved the peaceful and quiet location of this hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The small spa and relax area were fabulous, with lovely floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a beautiful river. The Russian bath and Sauna were very clean and well maintained.

Nice modern place with good food and excellent facilities including sauna, Russian bath, and two pools. Beautifully decorated throughout. Mineral pool great for joint and nerve diseases. Great location by the river, ideal for relaxing with balconies offering a soothing view. Tasty breakfast with Bulgarian favorites, enjoyed by the river. No issues bringing our own drinks. Spacious and clean rooms, with a lovely balcony overlooking the river. Polite and friendly staff. Pool and Russian bath are highlights. excellent value!

My partner and I had a lovely romantic getaway at this resort. We enjoyed the delicious homemade food that was served in the restaurant and found the pool to be a real highlight. the hot mineral water was a great perk and made for a relaxing and rejuvenating swim. the friendly and attentive service from the staff also made our experience all the more enjoyable.

we were disappointed to find that there was no minibar in our room.

The hotel is situated in a serene environment which offers a peaceful setting for relaxation. Visitors have the option to relax in the sauna and hot tub specially provided for them. the atmosphere is calm and there are floor, to, ceiling windows in the relax area which overlooks a small beautiful river. the clean and well, taken care of room and bathroom provide adequate comfort and relaxation.

The hotel restaurant service is unsatisfactory and customers are left to serve themselves at the buffet.

Stayed here for a weekend and enjoyed the great view of the river while relaxing by the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh and the drinks served were great. The location was perfect, surrounded by natural beauty.

The room was a bit dated, and the bathrobe provided was shabby and overused. the coffee at breakfast had to be paid separately, which was not ideal.

The breakfast, Bulgarian cuisine, hot springs view, helpful staff, friendly atmosphere.

Everything was fantastic.

We were delighted with the delicious makitsi at breakfast and couldn't resist going back for more. The 24 hr, geo-thermal pool was a wonderful experience, providing us with ultimate relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the breakfast and dinner buffets were always well-stocked. Plus, the Chiflik big pool, just a few minutes walk away, was an added bonus for some fun in the sun.
